My Holidays

Yellow Hat The best part of my holiday was: I went to Mission Bay to fly a kite, I ate an ice-cream, my little brother ate an ice-cream too.  My dad flew the angry bird kite high until we couldn’t see it, my mum said to put it down a little so I could take a photo of it flying, she gave me her camera.  I took lots of photos of the angry bird kite and my dad tried the other kite we bought, a spider-man kite.  My little brother was running after it when it started to fly, but the kite turned round and round in circles and “Plop” it went in the sea.
Black Hat During the holidays I didn’t like it when: My ice-cream dripped on my pants and T-shirt, so I spent half of my time wiping it off my T-shirt and I also spilt half of my ice-cream.
Green Hat Next holidays I would like to: Go to picnic at the mountains, swimming in the sea, have a birthday party at my new house or at the beach.

Fairy dust cup cakes

Ingredientes:

1. 13 grams fairy dust
2. Milk
3. Flour
4. 6 daisy petal
5. Sugar
6. 3 strawberries
7. 1 egg

Decorations:

1. Cream
2. 5 food colouring, any colour
3. Hundreds and thousands
4. Chocolate
5. Golden syrup

Equipment:

1. Wooden mixing spoon
2. 2 wooden bowl
3. Magic oven
4. Baking tray(for cupcakes)
5. Spraying spoon
6. 2 teaspoon
7. Knife
8. Cupcake wrapper

Method:

1. Pour 13 grams fairy dust in the bowl, mix it with the milk.
2. Crack the egg, put it in the bowl with the fairy dust and the milk.
3. Put the 6 daisy petal and the sugar together in another bowl, mix it, when mixing pour the flour in.
4. Cut 3 strawberries in half, put them in the bowl with the fairy dust.
5. Pour the bowl with strawberries in the other bowl with the fairy \dust, stir it.
6. Put the cupcake wrapper in the baking tray, pour some mixture in each cupcake wrapper and put the baking tray in the magic oven, turn it to 10 degrees and cook 10 minutes(If you’re using original oven turn it to 90 degrees and bake 40 minutes).
7. Get it out the magic oven and wait until cold,( you can eat it now or decorate).

How to decorate:

1. Mix the food colourings with the cream.
2. Spray the coloured cream or golden syrup on the cupcakes with the spread knife.
3. Put chocolate or hundreds and thousands on, put them both if you want.
