Room 5 and 6 Comparison Graph

We worked with Room 5 to compare statistics about ourselves.  Then we made it into a graph that compares the information we gathered.  My partner was Tim, and we made a chart about pupil's parents that are born overseas.

Confidence

It is important to have confidence because if you don't, you'll never learn a new skill because you'll be too scared to try it.

Telling Where

The sparkling beach is crowded with people.  Toddlers are running, as if there is something invisible chasing them.  The shining sun sometimes turns dim, but brightens up again a few seconds later.  The smell of waffle cone ice cream’s wafted across the beach.

PBS C3 Party
PBS pupils enjoying their hot chocolate
On the 9th of November, Saturday, 11.00am-1:30pm, PBS (Panmure Bridge School) had a party designed by C3 church, which is totally free.  The party is opened to PBS pupils and their families, friends, and anyone involved with PBS. The party was made for pupils to have fun and take a break from school work.   The party foods included Mr Whippy, drink station (which provides Hot Choco, Flat white and cappuccino), popcorn, sausage sizzle, candy floss, lollies and pancakes.  The party activities were bouncy castle, pony rides and free accessories.  The choir, kapahaka and ukulele group performed on the stage, and the pupils seemed to enjoy the pro wrestlers. The C3 church members handed out number stickers and they drawed the prizes for big boys toys.  The girl in the photo, right, wearing purple won one of the prizes.  “It is totally awesome!” commented one of the pupil.

Olden Days Handwriting

We did handwriting with a toothpick and ink because we are trying to feel what kids in the olden days write with.
I found it hard because the ink always dries out and it drips very often.

Out come of bullying

Outcomes of Bullying

If someone is being bullied, they would feel: sad, embarrassed and very uncomfortable.  Go to tell a teacher or adult who is bullying you.
Ignored them if they said something bad.  Don’t say it back because
if you do you’re bullying someone too.  Be nice to other people.
