Ingredients:
1/2 cup white flour
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup rolled oats
3/4 cup coconut
100 gram butter
1 tablespoon golden syrup
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 tablespoon boiling water
Method:
- Put the flour,sugar,rolled oats and coconut in a bowl, mix them up.
- Melt the butter and golden syrup in a saucepan with low heat, if you can do it tell an adult.
- MIx the baking soda with boiling water, this will make it form up, put half of this mixture in the saucepan.
- Pour the other mixture that is left into the flour and other dry ingredients,stir it.
- Gut a baking tray and put tablespoon of the mixture into the tray, about 4 centimetres.
- Bake until the biscuits becomes gold.
